Can I just say after ordering twice with you and having a slight goods problem with the handle, the service I have had with you was 100% superb !!!!!!!!!!!!! Fast on phone very helpful and also happy to help, the handles are good quality the one I had a problem with was dealt with fast and easy. It's nice not to have to think there's going to be an argument about the goods not being right!!!! this didnt happen!!! and had my new handles in a couple days as promised !!! I would be more than happy to re visit/order again and tell others of your site.

Upon opening the package, one of the items had been incorrectly picked so I called the number on the invoice and spoke to Nigel, who was very polite and apologetic and has already dispatched me the correct item.
