Padbolts

The 1A Brenton Padbolts are for heavy duty applications (such as stabling) with a 16mm diameter shoot bolt. Use 6mm diameter coachbolts when fixing. Available in Hot Spelter Galvanised finish and sizes from 6" to 12".

The 2A Brenton Padbolts are for lighter applications (such as sheds) with a 13mm diameter shoot bolt. Use 6mm diameter coachbolts when fixing. Available in Epoxy Black, Hot Spelter Galvanised and Bright Zinc Plated finishes in sizes from 4" to 12".

Slimline padbolts are suitable for applications with thinner timber dimensions (such as rabbit hutches).

Oval padbolts are suitable for applications with width restrictions.

Elongated keeps are normally used in the timber building trade so that when the tee hinges droop the shoot of the padbolt can still be lined up with the top of the keep.
