If we recieve your order by 3.00pm Monday to Thursday and the goods are in stock then we will despatch your order that day using Parcel Force Express Next Day parcel delivery. If however the goods ordered are out of stock we aim to despatch your order within 1 to 3 working days using Parcel Force Express Next Day parcel delivery. Parcel Force will attempt to deliver your parcel twice, if you are out when the courier arrives they will leave a card and you can pick the package up from your nearest Post Office.

Most of our orders are shipped using Parcel Force Express Next Day delivery or International Road Express.
If you require shipping to anywhere other than the above destinations please contact us for a quote.
Samples
If you are just ordering a single small item as a sample then you don't want to have to pay £7.50 for postage. In this case you can choose UK Mail - Sample Only shipping method where you will be charges £2.50.
Swapout of Goods
If you are find yourself in a position where you have purchased items and you wish to change them we have included a shipping method of Swapout of Goods, you will then be charged £12.76 + vat and when your new order is delivered the courier will collect the old order for return back to us where we can then refund the original order.
Saturday or Timed Deliveries
Saturday deliveries and timed deliveries can be arranged at extra cost if required. Please call us for information.

Warehouse Update
e-hardware have a large on-site warehouse which holds a variety of stock including door handles, crystal mortice knobs, hinges and cupboard knobs. This enables us to deliver faster and give better value which is a huge bonus to our customers who require next day delivery and competitive prices.
The expansion of racking and labeling has made the job of picking orders more streamline and we are busy introducing bar coding on our door handles that will enable us to know at all times what stock we have and what we need to order, this new system will also save time when stocktaking.
Customers are updated regarding delivery times of parcels via email, this enables the customer to track the progress of their order at all times.

New ranges are being introduced such as door runners and upvc front door furniture via new suppliers and we will be expanding our warehouse with a mezzanine floor to allow us to diversify.
Within the last year e-hardware employed a new Warehouse Manager who has proved to be extremely productive, he has put into place new and efficient procedures which enable the smooth running of our goods inward and outward process.
We are also building a trade counter as we have had increased amounts of customers visiting us here at the Tey brook Centre to buy their goods direct or wishing to view our ironmongery before they buy via our web site. Local builders continue to buy from us as they can be assured of quality and price, and we are finding our trade sales are increasing all the time.
