Shopping at e-Hardware could not be easier. Use the store section links on the left to go to the section you need, you will then be shown the sub sections in that range. Once you find an item you like you can select how many and place them into your shopping cart by clicking the 'Add To Cart' button, you will briefly be shown the contents of your shopping cart and then returned automatically to the page you were browsing.
You can now continue browsing our store and add more items to your cart. At the top of the right hand column you will see a summary of the amount of items in your cart and the total value. You can view the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the 'View Cart' link.
The shopping cart page will show you the items you have selected and allow you to remove items, adjust quantities, continue shopping or go to the 'Checkout'. If you are happy with your selections and want to go to the checkout you can click on the 'Checkout Now' button on the shopping cart or the 'Checkout' link at the top of the right hand column.
You will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. You will be given an opportunity to print a summary of your order and you will receive an email confirming your order. You are able to cancel the order at any time during the whole process and we offer a 14-day return policy for your peace of mind (see our Returns & Refunds page for full details).
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice.
We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
