Architectural Euro Cylinder Dead Lock for use with euro profile cylinder locks with solid brass striker, striker plate and back box. This lock is used in conjunction with a pair of matching euro profile keyhole escutcheons. Available in 64mm and 76mm lengths in Satin Stainless Steel or Polished Brass finish. Supplied complete with striker plate, forend plate, back box and screws. See Diagram for dimensions. Rebate kits are only required if you are fitting to rebated french doors.

Locks & Latches
Normally a 2.5 inch / 64mm latch or lock or a 3 inch / 76mm latch or lock will be fine.
The length of the latch or lock determines the backset which is the distance from the edge of the door to the centre of the backplate on the door handle where the spindle passes through the door.
The backset on a 64mm latch or lock is approx 45mm and on a 76mm latch or lock is approx 57mm.
