The Double Sided Timber Connectors, also referred to as spiked dog tooth washers, are popular in timber to timber construction. They are 2" / 50mm in size and have a Galvanised finish.
The Double Sided Timber Connectors, also referred to as spiked dog tooth washers, are popular in timber to timber construction. They are 2" / 50mm in size and have a Galvanised finish.
Used in many joints where restricted movement is required such as roofing joists and newel posts on decking. They have sharp spikes which are able to penetrate the surface of wood and increase the joint strength when bolting pieces of timber together.
These Connectors have a Galvanised finish which is a zinc coating on steel. This prevents corrosion and increases weather resistance which allows for a longer product life.
