This Carlisle Brass Eurospec ES Surface Mounted 37db Drop Down Seal is available in five sizes; 630mm, 730mm, 830mm, 930mm and 1030mm. The drop down seals are used on the bottom of doors.
This Carlisle Brass Eurospec ES Surface Mounted 37db Drop Down Seal is available in five sizes; 630mm, 730mm, 830mm, 930mm and 1030mm. The drop down seals are used on the bottom of doors. These drop down seals are activated by the closing action of the door dropping down to seal only when the door is closed. This leaves the threshold clear and flat without the need for high fixed thresholds.
The Carlisle Brass drop down seals have been tested without threshold plates and straight down to the carpet. They give a barrier against the outside climate, noise, light, fire, smoke and insects. It also provides a cost effective solution for part E and M of the latest UK building regulations, relating to disability, access and energy conservation.
