This Coastal DuraTique Bow Door Handle on Backplate is made from a 304 Satinless Steel material which is a material that prevents corrosion. It is Class 5 Salt Spray tested and has a heavy duty spring cassette for a solid dual, lever action. It has been tested to 200,000 cycles. The handle is a multipoint locking handle. This door handle is made for doors with a thickness between 44-68mm. It is available in a Textured Matt Black finish. All suitable fixings are supplied in the matching finish.

Locks & Latches

Normally a 2.5 inch / 64mm latch or lock or a 3 inch / 76mm latch or lock will be fine.

The length of the latch or lock determines the backset which is the distance from the edge of the door to the centre of the backplate on the door handle where the spindle passes through the door.

The backset on a 64mm latch or lock is approx 45mm and on a 76mm latch or lock is approx 57mm.
