Service Update COVID-19

We are open for business as usual and continuing to trade under the government's direction for 'Hardware Shops'.

We continue to take orders via our website 24/7 and over the phone 9am-5pm weekdays, we are still offering a click and collect service however we would encourage our customers to order online and use our delivery service to reduce unnecessary social contact.

We have a well-stocked warehouse and the vast majority of orders are going out on a next day delivery service, however we are experiencing some stock and supply chain issues and there is some extended delivery times and stock issues across the industry. Deliveries can take anytime between 1 - 5 days. Should you be desperate for your goods please check stock before purchasing.

Both of our couriers (Royal Mail and DHL are experiencing delays due to the increase in online ordering during this Christmas Period and have released details of some expected delays. Although not all services are affected and we are currently not having any issues with our next day delivery service please allow for 1-3 days for delivery incase your local depots are affected.

All orders will be assessed and if we are unable to fulfil your order our customer service team will contact you to advise of delivery dates or offer alternative products.

The safety of our customers and staff is our number one priority, we will continuously monitor the situation and will respond to government advice to ensure we protect everyone as best we can. We are making sure our offices and warehouses are safe and clean, and that our staff maintain stringent hygiene measures, we have also restricted visitors to our premises.

Our warehouse team is still working flat out to pick, pack and dispatch your orders on time.

Our couriers recognise the fact that many people may be self-isolating and minimising physical contact, with this in mind they are keeping a safe distance when delivering orders and marking orders as ‘Accepted at Delivery Point’ they may also take an image of the premises or delivery location.

We will update this information in the event of any further impact on services.
