Eclipse Insignia Trust 4 Inch self lubricating Radius Corner hinges are suitable for heavy doors with high usage. These hinges require no maintenance throughout their life due to cintered washers that are impregnated with lubricants which oil the hinge every time the door is opened. They are 1 hour fire and CE tested and are ideal for external environments where hard life is expected. Radius Edge normally used where doors and frames will be routed in advance. Sold in Pairs.

CE Marked and BS EN 1634-1:2000 Fire tested upto 60 minutes on timber fire doors and 240 minutes on steel doors. Performance tested BS EN 1935:2002. We would recommend you fit 3 hinges per door to overcome twisting or warping over time. Available in Satin Stainless or Polished Stainless finish.
