The Fire Rated 3 Lever Sash Lock is available in Antique Brass, Black, Satin Brass, Satin Chrome, Nickel Plated and Satin Nickel finishes. In a 76mm lock size. They have been fire tested to the 30/60 minute standard.
These locks would be perfect for a rental homes, commerical environments, or in domestic homes where extra safety is preferred. Supplied as a single with keys and bolt through fixings.

Locks & Latches
Normally a 2.5 inch / 64mm latch or lock or a 3 inch / 76mm latch or lock will be fine.
The length of the latch or lock determines the backset which is the distance from the edge of the door to the centre of the backplate on the door handle where the spindle passes through the door.
The backset on a 64mm latch or lock is approx 45mm and on a 76mm latch or lock is approx 57mm.
