This From The Anvil Night-Vent Locking Peardrop Fastener is made from Solid Brass. It is available in Polished Chrome, Polished Brass and Satin Chrome finishes. This product is designed to fit casement windows and is night venting so it can be locked in the open position as well as the closed position, allowing some ventilation. Due to it being a handed product, care must be taken when choosing the correct hand. For example, from the inside view, if your window is hinged on the right then a right-hand fastener is required. The fastener has a locking mechanism by way of a grub screw and is supplied with matching SS wood screws.
