The Rebate Kits for Heavy Duty Tubular Latches are available in Gold and Nickel Plated finishes. These are supplied as a set with all suitable fixings needed to be able to fit this product correctly. These are to adapt the Heavy Duty Tubular Latch to suit rebated doors. The rebate kit fits around the latch and fills the gaps left when the latch is fitted within the rebate kit.

Locks & Latches
Normally a 2.5 inch / 64mm latch or lock or a 3 inch / 76mm latch or lock will be fine.
The length of the latch or lock determines the backset which is the distance from the edge of the door to the centre of the backplate on the door handle where the spindle passes through the door.
The backset on a 64mm latch or lock is approx 45mm and on a 76mm latch or lock is approx 57mm.

Close the doors and if you can pass one peice of paper through the centre of the doors then they are not rebated.
