These fantastic universal Rutland Overhead Door Closers Size 3-4 are suitable for commercial areas such as office corridors and living accommodation It is available in 4 stunning finishes including; Silver, Polished Nickel Plated, Satin Nickel Plated and PVD Brass. Power is size 3-4 variable by valve with Adjustable Closing Speed, Adjustable Latch Action and Backcheck. The Backcheck function offers resistance when the door is opened with excessive force, which prevents damage to the doors. Backcheck prevents the door from slamming open and damaging doors, frames, hardware etc. Supplied with the cover and PA bracket- for inwards and outwards closing doors.
