This M Marcus straight arm sliding sash window fastener with reeded knob is made of solid brass and is in a traditional style. It has a classic method of fastening and locking sliding sash windows. To lock this product you need to pull the spring toggle arm down and screw the knob into the keep and to unlock, unscrew the knob and the arm will automatically flip up to the vertical position allowing ample clearance between the moving sash window. Available in Antique Brass, Matt Bronze, Polished Chrome, Polished Nickel, Satin Brass, Satin Chrome, Satin Nickel and Polished Brass finishes.
