These fantastic universal Rutland TS5204BC Power Size 2-4 Slimline Door Closers are available for use where space is a premium due to its slimline design. Perfect for hightraffic areas such as accommodation corridors. They are available in 6 stunning finishes; Polished Nickel, Satin Nickel, Polished Brass, Black, Antique Brass and Silver. The door closers has a power of 2-4 which is variable by valve. This door closer is supplied with the cover and PA bracket- for inwards and outwards closing doors.

The Rutland Door Closers are suitable for interior doors with a thickness of up to 1100mm and a door weight up to 80kg. It has an angle opening of 180° and comes with Adjustable Closing Speed, Adjustable Latch Action and Backcheck. The Backcheck function offers resistance when the door is opened with excessive force, which prevents damage to the doors. Backcheck helps to prevent the door from slamming open which could result in damage to the doors, frame, hardware etc. These door closers are suitable for use on 30, 60, 90 and 120 minute timber fire doors.
